Before entering the TERMINAL command, edit the file SYSGTTSTR.MSG
    in SYS$EXAMPLES. The file contains detailed instructions for the
    editing procedure.

    When you enter the TERMINAL command after editing the file, the
    modifications you have specified are carried out.
